- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
- Outside Europe: up to 14 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by country. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping.

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days after delivery as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

You can easily request a return through your account page. Log in using your order details— no account is needed. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return labelby email with all the instructions.

A standard return fee of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund. This covers a part of the cost of the return label. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, the return will be free of charge.

It covers discoloration, or other manufacturing faults. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
