We ship from Rotterdam, The Netherlands within 1-2 business days. After that, DHL or PostNL delivers your package as soon as possible. Check here for estimated delivery times. Estimated shipping time in the EU is 1-4 days.

You can return your order within 30 days. Due to hygiene measures, earrings cannot be returned. Final sale (Ed: Last chance) items and sample sale purchases are also non-returnable. For items purchased in the 3-for-2 promotion, the first returned item is non-refundable; refunds apply only from the second item onward.

All items are available on a pre-order basis, allowing us to avoid leftover stock and reduce waste. This slower approach means each order takes a little longer to reach you, usually within 1–3 weeks.

Because we work this way, stock is never guaranteed. Every piece depends on limited availability. If something turns out to be unavailable after your order, you’ll receive a full refund — no hassle, no delay.
