Ordering
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t! You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to view your order history and track returns.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, let us know through our contact form and we’ll resend your confirmation.
Can I place a pre-order?
Yes, if an item is available for pre-order, you’ll see the expected shipping date on the product page.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Bancontact, and other local payment options at checkout.
Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through encrypted checkout providers.
Can I pay later with Klarna?
Yes, in selected countries we offer Klarna Pay Later, allowing you to pay after receiving your order.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide! However, please note that some remote islands or regions may not be eligible for delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location.
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
- Germany, France & Austria: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
- Outside Europe: up to 14 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by country. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel.
My package hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
Please first check your tracking information. If your order seems delayed or stuck, contact us by filling in the contact form and we’ll help you resolve it.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days after delivery as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How do I return an item?
You can easily request a return through your account page. Log in using your order details — no account is needed. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return label by email with all the instructions.
Are return costs covered?
A standard return fee of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of the return label. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, the return will be free of charge.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

How can I check the status of my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder or reach out to us through our contact form.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. Please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form, and we’ll do our best to help.
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
Fill in our contact form right away. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you.

What materials are your products made from?
All our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel, making it waterproof, tarnish-free, and hypoallergenic.
Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?
No! Our stainless steel jewelry is designed to stay beautiful even when exposed to water, perfume, or daily wear.
How should I care for my jewelry?
We recommend wiping your jewelry with a soft cloth after wearing and storing it in a dry place.
Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, every piece comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover?
It covers discoloration, or other manufacturing faults. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Submit a request through our contact form with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review it and get back to you quickly.
